I appreciated the location. It was a short walk to Quincy Market and the aquarium. The metro station near the hotel provided easy access. I found the staff at the front desk to be pleasant and efficient.

The hallways to the room were quite confusing. I had to make multiple turns to reach it. I also noticed there was no coffee machine available in the room. The ice machine was located in the basement and lacked an ice scoop.

friendly staff superb location super clean room

the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was superb, really close to everything. the room was super clean, which i always appreciate.

The walls seemed a little thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel is right next to a metro station. It makes getting around super easy!!! the airport connection is especially convenient. many attractions are within walking distance, a definite plus.

there is a hotel restaurant and bar that i noticed. they serve breakfast too, a nice option for a quick start. many restaurants and coffee shops are just minutes away by foot.

my room included a mini-fridge, very handy for storing drinks and snacks. the bed was really comfortable, and i slept very well. the room was spacious with a huge bed.

Check-out is at noon. This gave me extra time in the morning. the front desk staff provided a parking voucher for a nearby garage. the staff was efficient and courteous.

ideal location spacious room friendly staff poor lighting inconvenient ice machine unfulfilled request

The location is fantastic. It is one block from the harbor and two from the independence trail. The room was comfortable and quite spacious. I also found the staff to be very friendly. They offered to keep our luggage after we checked out.

The lighting in the bathroom was not ideal for shaving. The only ice machine is on the B Level which they refer to as the basement. I asked the front desk to make up our room in the morning, but returning in the early evening, the room was not made up.

excellent location discounted rate front desk

the hotel is close to quincy market and faneuil hall. these are a block away. the north end is a short walk. i got a discounted rate at the nearby parking garage. i got a voucher from the front desk, scanning the qr code at the garage kiosk.

The shower had inconsistent water temperature. It changed quickly.
